The Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune (Deemed-to-be University) was established by University Grants Commission, Government of India under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 vide its notification dated 11th January 2003.
Today with 13 Constituent Units the Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune has created a brand name “DPU” in the field of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Optometry, Biotechnology, Management, Ayurved, Homeopathy, Design, Allied Health Sciences, Liberal Arts, Science & Technology and Online Learning Centre. It has state-of-the-art infrastructure and dedicated faculty.

What’s new at Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune Placements 2023? The university has not released the placement report for the year 2023. However, the information brochure for MBAandBBA batch 2023-24 and course-wise NIRF report is available on the official website. As per MBA information brochure, the highest and average package offered was INR 21 LPA and INR 10.20 LPA during placements 2022, respectively. Many top companies visited to MBA students such as Accenture, Deloitte, PUMA among others.
Similarly, as per BBA information brochure 2023-24, out of 50% batch strength, majority of Marketing (16%) students were placed followed by Finance (13%), HR (9%) and IB (12%) during Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune placements 2022. This is to note that, the BBA campus placement year is not available on the information brochure 2023-24.
