The registration process for UG 2026 which is conducted by the National Testing Agency started on 8 February 2026 on the official website neet.nta.nic.in.

Students who want to pursue medical courses like MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and other undergraduate medical programs must fill out the online application form for NEET UG 2026 before the deadline.

The deadline to submit the application form for UG 2026 was initially 8 March 2026 but it was later extended to 11 March 2026 at 9 PM to give students extra time to complete their registration for NEET UG 2026.

To apply for UG 2026 candidates must first create a login on the NEET website and then enter their personal details, academic details and contact details.

After filling the form for UG 2026 they need to upload required documents such as a passport-size photo, postcard-size photo, signature, thumb impression, Class 10 certificate, Class 12 marksheet, Aadhaar card and category certificate if they are applicable for NEET UG 2026.

All files must be uploaded in the specified format for UG 2026.

The application fee for UG 2026 depends on the candidate’s category for NEET UG 2026.

For example the fee is around ₹1700 for the category, ₹1600 for OBC-NCL and EWS candidates and ₹1000 for SC, ST, PwBD and third-gender applicants for NEET UG 2026.

After the registration process for UG 2026 closes the National Testing Agency will open a correction window allowing applicants to edit some details in their forms for NEET UG 2026 if they made mistakes.

Following this stage the exam city information slip and admit cards for UG 2026 will be released.

The NEET UG 2026 exam is scheduled to take place on 3 May 2026. It will be conducted in a single shift in offline mode for NEET UG 2026.
