Documents Needed for Registration
You have to do things. First you will need to upload some things. Then you will need to enter details of the following:
✔ Recent passport-size photograph (as per NTA specs)
You will need a photograph that’s the same size as a postcard. The background of the photograph should be white.
✔ Signature (scanned)
✔ Thumb impression (left-hand) (scanned)
✔ Class 10 certificate / marksheet (for date of birth)
You will need a photo id. The Aadhaar Card is an option for this. It is recommended that you use an Aadhaar Card as your photo id.
✔ Address proof
✔ Category certificate (if applicable)
✔ PwBD certificate (if applicable)
✔ Nationality / OCI / PIO certificate (if foreign)

Visit Official Site: Go to neet.nta.nic.in on a secure browser.
Register New Account: Click New Registration and enter basic details to get your Application Number.
Login: Use your Application Number and Password to sign in.
Fill Application Form: Enter personal, academic, and contact information.
Upload Documents: Upload photographs, signature, thumb impression, and ID documents exactly in required formats.
Pay Fee: Pay the application fee online and confirm submission.
Download Confirmation: After payment, download the Confirmation Page and save it for reference.
