The third round of counselling for NEET PG 2025 in Maharashtra will start on January 19, 2026. This round is meant for candidates who either missed earlier rounds, didn’t join after being allotted a seat in Round 2, or newly qualified candidates who meet the updated eligibility criteria.

Candidates need to register online on the official CET Cell portal between January 19 and 26, paying a registration fee of ₹3,000 along with any applicable security deposit.

The counselling process includes:

Registration and document upload: Jan 19–26
Publication of registered candidates list: Jan 27
Provisional merit list: Jan 30
Seat matrix release: Jan 31
Choice filling (selecting preferred colleges and specialities): Feb 3–5
Round 3 seat allotment: Feb 7
Physical reporting to college: Feb 8–13
Last date to cancel admission without penalty: Feb 13

After seats are allotted, candidates must report to the respective college, submit original documents, and pay the required fees to confirm admission. Missing deadlines or canceling after Feb 13 may result in penalties.
