Candidates who appeared in CAT 2025 are eligible to apply. The institute is offering 340 seats in total, and the last date to submit the application is January 25, 2026.
The admission process will take place in three stages. In the first stage, candidates will be shortlisted based on their CAT scores. In the second stage, shortlisted applicants will be called for a Personal Interview (PI), which may also include an extempore round. Interviews will be conducted in multiple cities between February and April 2026. In the final stage, selection will be made by considering CAT score, academic background, work experience, diversity factors, and interview performance.
The total MBA fee at IIM Nagpur is around ₹21 lakh for the full programme. Students who receive an admission offer must pay an acceptance fee of ₹1 lakh to confirm their seat.
To support students financially, IIM Nagpur offers merit-based and need-based scholarships. These scholarships are available for high-performing students and for those from economically weaker backgrounds. Apart from institute scholarships, students can also apply for government scholarship schemes.
