The B.Tech program at NIT Sikkim is the institute’s cornerstone, offering six core specializations: Computer Science & Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
4-year B.Tech program in Computer Science & Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

- Each department (CSE, EEE, ECE, ME, CE) has its own dedicated labs, such as the Robotics Lab, Electric Vehicle Lab, and the iTell-Orell Digital Language Lab.
- Classrooms are equipped with audio-visual aids, projectors, and smart boards to support modern learning.
- A 24/7 medical center is available on campus with nursing staff and an ambulance for emergencies.
