The Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar) is a public technical university established in 2008 and recognized as an Institute of National Importance. Situated on a 400-acre campus along the banks of the Sabarmati River in Palaj, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, IITGN is noted for its student-centric, interdisciplinary, and holistic educational model.
