Established in 1988, the Assam Institute of Management (AIM) is a premier autonomous management institute under the Government of Assam. Located in Guwahati, it was founded with the objective of addressing management inefficiencies in the North-Eastern region. AIM is approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and is affiliated with Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU).
