Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology

Established in 1960, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), also known as NIT Bhopal, is an Institute of National Importance and one of the first eight Regional Engineering Colleges (RECs) in India. Spanning a verdant 650-acre campus in the heart of the “City of Lakes,” Bhopal, the institute is named after India’s first Minister of Education, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad.

The BTech program at MANIT Bhopal is the institute’s flagship offering, providing undergraduate degrees in major disciplines such as Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Chemical Engineering, along with specialized dual degrees in Mathematics and Data Science.

Admission to B.Tech programs at MANIT Bhopal is based on JEE Main rankings, followed by mandatory JoSAA/CSAB counseling.
